Catholic Women's League
The Catholic Women’s League in St. Ninian’s Parish was founded in 1921.
It has a distinguished history of serving the people of this parish which continues to this day. Our mission is “to call our members to grow in faith, and to witness to the love of God through ministry and service”.
Our activities revolve around service, faith and social justice. Whether it is supporting grieving families through prayers and hospitality, awarding bursaries to students, raising issues of social justice, such as human trafficking, overseeing the Opportunity Shop, or making significant financial donations to community organizations such as the Emergency Fuel Fund or the VON (in excess of $1million since the early nineties), the Catholic Women’s League has and continues to answer the call to serve.
We invite all women of the Parish to join us and to make a difference when and how you can. You are the reason we have such a vibrant community.
