St. Vincent de Paul

This organization aims to assist those in need. The group meets monthly, at which time the members review and plan upcoming activities. These activities include assisting with basic food purchases, medical/child care products, and purchase of oil. They also assist with transportation for out of area medical appointments, help with an in-school tutoring program, supply basic needs, and aid transients.
In addition to the volunteers who visit those requesting assistance, other volunteers pick up furniture and household items from donors and make deliveries to those who require specific items.
